You see the only reason I was able to prepare (and enjoy) this delicious meal was because I stumbled upon a little (and by little I mean big, successful) site called cookbook.co.za
It’s the niftiest cooking site you’ve ever seen and everything on there looks mighty delicious. I was actually looking for a nice oxtail recipe when this simple Italian dish caught my eye and I decided to give it a go. I had most of the ingredients at home, so all I needed was some mince and a can of chopped tomatoes and I was ready to whip up anItalian storm. I’ve never made meatballs before and I was scared that they were gonna end up falling apart, so I left that part to the expert (my very handy sous-chef). All I had to do was prepare the tomato sauce and cook some spaghetti – it’s literally that simple.
For the first time in forever, dinner was ready by 7. I’m not kidding. The whole meal took about 20 minutes to prepare and cook and it was de-licious. I ate way more than I should have and almost went for seconds, but I’m so glad I didn’t, because now I get to have the left-overs.*Yum
